About this opportunity:

Iconity is looking for a talented and experienced Technical Analyst for Databricks to join a world-class technology company that delivers human banking for the digital age. The company is building financial health for over 16 million customers in the CEE region.

The team is working on a harmonized data science workbench and collaboration platform for all units of the group in the Databricks cloud environment. An implementation project is underway. It includes target architecture, platform implementation, governance model, data integration, and rollout & training.

Would you like to support and contribute to this challenging project?

What you can expect:

  • Design an integrated solution in alignment with business requirements and architecture patterns, blueprints, and guidelines

  • Support the definition of technical requirements

  • Participate in developing the right architecture for enabling data analytics within Databricks in the Azure cloud environment

  • Participate in the operations of the solution to handle incidents and the active communication and collaboration with business users and vendors

Perfect job for you, if you have:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

  • Experience in the design, implementation, and deployment of scalable and reliable solutions on analytical platforms in combination with cloud services (ideally Azure and/or Databricks)

  • Experienced in Python/Scala/Spark development

  • Capability to synthesize business requirements and construct technical requirements.

  • Good communication skills (also in English) and the ability to build good relations with business partners
