As a Product Consultant for Accurity, you will play an important role in helping us present, explain, document and improve the product. Your mission will be to support the Accurity team across product analysis, demo preparation, data governance advisory and selected customer or partner activities. You will help build trust in data by showing customers and partners how Accurity can support their data governance journey in real business situations.

What you can expect:

Product Enablement:

  • Maintain and improve product analysis, functional descriptions, use cases, business requirements and internal product materials for Accurity.

  • Help close documentation gaps and keep the product knowledge base clear, practical and easy to use.

  • Support the team with analysis related to product changes, customer requests and new versions.

Product presentation:

  • Prepare and maintain demo scenarios and practical use cases showing how Accurity supports data governance.

  • Support presales activities by helping present and demonstrate Accurity to prospects, partners and customers.

  • Prepare materials for webinars, partner sessions, customer workshops, client breakfasts or selected external events.

Data Advisory & Customer Enablement:

  • Provide project support, including onboarding of new customers or partners, rollout of new Accurity versions and other customer related activities.

  • Support customers and partners with practical data management questions, including metadata, business glossary, data catalog, data quality, lineage, reference data and related topics.

  • Participate in selected customer calls, workshops or discovery sessions and help translate business needs into practical Accurity use cases.

  • Prepare advisory, training and support materials for customers, partners and internal users.

Perfect job for you, if you have:

  • Experience in data governance, data management, product analysis, business analysis, consulting, presales or customer enablement.

  • Good understanding of at least some of these areas: business glossary, data catalog, data quality, data lineage, reference data management, metadata management, data ownership or data stewardship.

  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into practical product use cases.

  • Confidence in presenting, explaining and discussing product topics with customers or partners.

  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure information clearly.

  • Ability to write clear documentation, training materials and demo scenarios.

  • Independence, reliability and willingness to work in a small team where the role is naturally broad.

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience with data governance or data management tools

  • Experience with B2B software, SaaS or enterprise platforms.

  • Experience with demos, trainings, webinars, workshops or partner enablement.

  • Basic understanding of SQL, databases, data warehouses or data integration.

  • Experience from banking, public sector, ecommerce, media or consulting.

  • Additional language skills are advantage
