We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual(s) to join our team as a business development specialist with a focus on the acquisition of new clients. This is a commission-only, independent contractor position that will provide you with the opportunity to leverage your skills and experience to generate new business for our IT recruitment firm.

What you can expect:

  • Identify, qualify, and cultivate relationships with potential clients in the NORDICS region.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand our market presence.

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals to potential clients.

  • Negotiate and close deals to secure new business.

  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to existing clients.

  • Representing our company´s services.

Perfect job for you, if you have:

  • Proven track record of success in business development, with a focus on acquiring new clients.

  • A strong network of contacts in the IT/Data industry, particularly in the NORDICS region.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong sense of urgency and commitment to achieving results.
