About this opportunity

As a UI Developer, you would join a team of skillful professionals at Simplity working on the Accurity software. We are developing websites and unique web-based applications related to Data Governance (Master Data Management, Data Quality and Data Management) for the European market. We are focused on providing users with an easier way to create and maintain a comprehensive business information model, as well as providing them with a simple way to profile, monitor, control, and report data quality and related events via an integrated technology platform. The team of Accurity operates at branches in Prague, Brno, and Belgrade, but most members of the team are from Brno. This position is suitable for those who have experience with React, HTML, and Javascript and want to move forward in an international team.

What we expect

  • Develop new websites using React and Gatsby, and integrate them with a headless CMS and various marketing platforms

  • Develop user-facing features using React.js for our web-based applications

  • Be an active contributor on an Agile Software development team

  • Build reusable and optimized components and front-end libraries for future use

  • Maintain code quality using Storybook, unit testing, and by participating in code reviews

  • Keep yourself and our codebase up to date with modern best practices in frontend development

  • Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

  • Work closely with the design team, translating prototypes and wireframes into high quality code

  • Utilize problem solving skills to implement creative solutions to tough problems

Perfect job for you, if you have

  • In-depth understanding of modern HTML, CSS, and Javascript

  • Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles

  • Experience with RESTful APIs

  • Ability to establish priorities, multi-task, and work proactively and independently, as well as part of a distributed larger team

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience with Continuous Integration (Maven, Jenkins etc.) is a plus

  • Experience with front-end build tools (Webpack, ESLint, Babel, NPM, yarn) is a plus

  • Experience using Git is a plus

  • Experience with Redux, TypeScript, Gatsby, or other SSR is a plus

  • Experience with Headless CMS is a plus
