The team has plans to build new end-to-end digital banking customer journeys and launch banking services in several CEE countries, focusing on credit and daily banking products.
We are looking for a motivated candidate willing to work in Vienna as Head of Data Management.
Manage Data Architecture and Data Analytics backlog (maintenance & prioritization, development release scoping, planning and delivery review)
Define data management long-term strategy and delivery roadmap
Implement data governance framework and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Establish and maintain data quality standards, including data accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and consistency
Lead a team of skilled data managers/experts
5 years of data governance/management experience, 3 years of banking experience
Knowledge of relevant European regulations related to the data governance framework
Profound SQL user - experience with SQL clients and Data Modeling tool
Experience with data quality indicators and data lineage, AWS experience of advantage
Strategically agile – thinks ahead and is curious and eager to act in a highly demanding environment
Fluent in English
