What you can expect:

  • Communication, communication, and communication!
    Communication is our daily bread. In-person or via Phone, Teams, Email, LinkedIn, Whatsapp, IG, FB, ...

  • You will be in charge of the whole recruitment process from the creation of the job description to the offer

  • Conducting interviews with IT specialists and coordinating the recruitment process with our internal experts

  • Posting jobs to appropriate job boards/social networks, participating in marketing activities, etc.

  • Initiating the onboarding process with successful candidates

  • Cooperating with your team – recruiters and sales representatives

  • Performing other tasks assigned by your superiors

  • Finding time for self-education and self-improvement

Perfect job for you, if you have:

  • Excellent communication skills and representative performance

  • Communicative English and German (written and spoken)

  • Good knowledge of MS Office

  • Organizational skills

  • A pleasant can-do attitude and a positive approach to life

Nice to have:

  • Hands-on experience with some of ATS

  • Knowledge and use of social media platforms and other search engines to source candidates

  • Overall knowledge of the Data Analytics and Application Development areas
