Pre-sale process and lead to project conversion.
Through our heterogeneous business development activities, they have a very high number of leads generated monthly. However, even a qualified lead has to be responsibly addressed, developed, and converted into a project. This process requires a wide range of skills, and we are seeking a person who would take on these tasks:
Talk with potential clients and identify their needs
Map the service and product portfolio to the needs of the client
Help to understand and quantify the client's potential added value of the offered service/product
Carefully explain the requirements of innovative projects to the client
Set up correctly the expectations of the client
Map the risks and challenges of the project
Discuss the technical approach with our tech leads
Create a professional project proposal and present it to the client
Win the deal and get the project
Fluent Czech and English language (no exceptions)

Analytical mindset with the ability to decompose complex problems into simpler ones
Proactive approach and constant will to push things forward
Knowledge of software system development and ability to understand software engineers
High-level knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and optimization in general
Knowledge of agile project management, project budgeting, and project scoping
Ability to learn fast and understand very quickly all various methods and technologies we are using and will be using in the future
Willingness to work hard and deliver on times and on deadlines
EU citizens or those that hold a valid visa, permit, or trade license with the right-to-work in the country that the position is based. This includes relevant work visas, residence permits, EU Blue Card, or a British national living in the EU with the correct UK Brexit withdrawal agreement documentation.
