Senior Sales Representative

What you can expect:
You will represent our company’s services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our services solutions meet customer needs
You will generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets to meet sales quotas
You can maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
You will identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
You should be able to prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations
You will identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook
You will develop and implement a territory action plan and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
You will coordinate with the Marketing team on leads quality, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring
You should provide a forecast on given accounts in regular reviews and drive leads through the sales funnel
Perfect job for you, if you have:
More than 5 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets preferably in B2B - IT or data intelligence industry
Experience with customer data solutions or selling CRM solutions
Advanced English (C1). Knowledge of German is a huge plus
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills
Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
You are self-directed and keen on learning
You have good time-management
You can travel at least 25% of the time to customer locations
You are proficient with CRM and LinkedIn
Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques (e.g., account-based selling, social selling), marketing, and communication may be advantageous.
