This year, we are expanding our services to new European countries and want to add fresh faces to our team to help us achieve this.
Our headquarter is in the Czech Republic, Brno, but our clients are from Austria, Germany, Ireland, USA, .... Our offices are in Prague, Brno, and Vienna.
You will generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets to meet sales quotas.
You can maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and the identification of potential new sales opportunities.
Delivering and defining new positions for our candidates
Organizing and administrative support for team leasing, including offering, providing, and regular care for people on projects
Communicating regularly with the recruiting team to help achieve clients´ needs
Performing other tasks assigned by superiors
Self-education and improvements
• Excellent knowledge of German and English (native German speakers are welcome)
• Willingness to travel
• Previous experience in a similar position (Sales Representative, Key Account Manager, Recruiter, etc.) is a plus.
• Knowledge of the data intelligence area is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM practices is a plus.
• Good sense of self-direction and keen learning
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
