For our client, based in Norway, we’re on the lookout for an autonomous and skilled Data Scientist(s) to join their team. As a crucial member in the initial stages of the company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping its trajectory. The focus will primarily be on customer data and business analytics, contributing remotely to external projects and addressing internal needs.

What you can expect:

  • Become a key asset in the company's foundational phase.

  • Initiate tailored projects, with an eventual goal of standardizing some into products.

Perfect job for you, if you have:

  • Proficiency in Python/R.

  • Expertise in churn modeling, including binary 1/0, survival, or NB/BD-type models, …

  • Experience in segmentation, encompassing means or archetype-clustering, and non-negative matrix factorization.

  • Familiarity with NLP tools such as Spacy, clustering techniques like latent Dirichlet allocation, BERTopic, and LLMs (e.g., OpenAI).

  • Preferably, experience with app development

  • ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) skills; („full stack data scientist“) and knowledge of running models in Azure, AWS is a big advantage.

  • Solid statistical knowledge.
