About this opportunity:

Simplity Group is looking for a Company Lawyer who will provide legal support for the firm and will provide high-level expertise in the preparation and administration of contracts, legal documents, and support. The role is already well established and suitable also for part-time cooperation. It also offers a lot of space for growth as well as a great company and team culture.

Simplity is an international consultancy company established in 2010, whose goal is to make data intelligence simpler for companies of all sizes and enable them to meet their business objectives. 

What you can expect:

  • Direct communication with the CEO of the company

  • Preparation of the contractual agenda (especially revision and preparation of business agreements concluded with clients and license agreements applicable to the company's own product)

  • Assistance with the preparation of tenders (standardized process - control of compliance with the requirements of the contracting authority and the draft contract)

  • Management of the contract archive

  • Close cooperation with other members of Shared Services, especially with the Finance department, but also with the HR department

  • Solving legal issues

  • Communication with clients when concluding contracts

  • Responsibility for the company's compliance with all valid and applicable legislation

  • Flexible working hours, where no night or weekend work is required

  • Possible work from home 

Perfect job for you, if you have:

  • A master’s degree in law

  • Perfect knowledge of Czech legislation

  • Exceptional Czech and English language skills. German is a plus.

  • A positive attitude, appetite for work and good communication skills

  • You are independent and reliable

  • Previous experience in a similar position, active interest in the field and IT law, and monitoring new trends will be a big advantage.
