Sales Representative

Representing our company´s services

Identifying appropriate prospects, setting appointments, making effective qualifying and discovering sales calls

Delivering and defining new positions for our candidates

Regular communication with our clients and our people by the customers

Organizing and administrative support to team leasing, incl. offering, delivering and regular care about people on projects

Coordinating with the Marketing team on performing market research and regular competitor monitoring

Communicating regularly with the recruit team to help achieve clients´ needs

Performing other tasks assigned by Superiors

Self-education and improvements

Excellent knowledge of German and English (native German speakers are welcome)

Willingness to travel

Previous experience in similar position (Sales Representative, Key Account Manager, Recruiter, …) is a plus

Knowledge of Data Intelligence area is a plus

Familiarity with CRM practices is a plus

Good sense of self-direction and are keen learning

Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
